Donna Nodar is a Registered Nurse at Soul Surgery. She obtained her Associate's in Nursing from Boswell-Mesa Community College in 2007, her B S in 2013 from Grand Canyon University, and will be finishing her Master's in Education in the Spring. She has been working in healthcare for over 18 years, and during her career, she has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including Medical Hospitals, hospices, Psychiatric Hospitals, and Corrections.
Donna is also in recovery, with over 5 years of sobriety. Working in recovery gives Donna a chance to share her own story. "Overcoming addiction is a strength, not a weakness that diminished my worth as a nurse. I feel I'm here to be an example of hope and empowerment."
During her free time, Donna continues to improve in her Italian cooking skills, admits to being a glorified nerd in reading endless books and spending time with her beautiful 4 year old Shih Tzu, Miss Lady!
